Fees
Our nursery fees are competitive and are all-inclusive. We offer a comprehensive programme of free settling-in sessions to ensure that your child gets the best possible start to nursery. We do not charge for 2 weeks holidays when the nursery is closed. We offer up to 20% sibling discount.
- Monthly fees are all inclusive: snacks & meals, nappies, wipes, formula, trips and activities.
- We are open 50 weeks a year Monday to Friday.
- We are closed 1 week (5 working days) during the Christmas season, 1 week at the end of July, all Bank Holidays and 3 Inset days.
- Standard day is 10 hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, except 3+ TT only contract which is 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Extended hours are 7:30am to 6:30pm. Each half an hour cost £7,50 per day.
- All Monthly fees are calculated for 50 weeks only.
- Registration fee of £100 is Non-refundable (registration fee and deposit policies apply).
- 1 month's deposit is required upon signing the contract.
- We accept government funding for 9+ months, 2 and 3+ year olds. The hours are spread across the year.
- 10% discount for siblings.
- Limited Term Time spaces available for full-time (5 days per week) service.

- Term Time service is charged for 38 weeks of the year commencing September and divided by 12 months. This contract will not be able to terminate anytime earlier than 12 months, if in any case this might happen, we have the right to keep your deposit.
- Specific academic dates need to be confirmed with the nursery manager and it's important to note that you cannot change the contract type during this period. We follow Hackney Education proposed dates.
- We give priority to standard all year round bookings, so availibility of Term Time booking is very restricted and may vary from term to term.

- If you need some extra help with childcare costs, please take a look at the Government website to see if you are entitled to any support.
- All childcare fees can be paid via Tax-Free Childcare or any work scheme vouchers and transfers.
- If your preferred days and times are not shown on the fee tables above, please speak to us and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements.

Funding is available:
- For working parents who meet the eligibility criteria, if your child is between 9 months and 4 years old, you can receive 30 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks each year.
- Separate from working parents’ eligibility, some families with a 2-year-old receiving additional support may be entitled to 15 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year. - All parents of children aged 3 to 4 in England can access universal 15 hours of government funded early education from the term after their child turns 3. It doesn’t matter how much you earn or how many hours you work. However, if you meet working parents’ criteria you will be eligible for extra 15 hours which makes in total 30 hours per week.
The settling-in period we offer free of charge and it takes up to 2 weeks, depending on your child’s age and the room starts in. This period will start once you sign the contract and pay one month’s deposit. We give you a cooling-off period of two weeks while your child is settling in, in case you change your mind.
We understand how busy and difficult life sometimes can be and we are pleased to offer as much flexibility as possible. The Ad-Hoc days can be booked on the day after 9:00 am or as soon as your needs occur. Swap days should be arranged at least a week in advance. Both offers will be subject to availability for existing families.
Please be aware that, due to high demand and long waiting lists, we do not contact you immediately after your online submission to join the waiting list. We will only get in touch a few months before your requested starting date if we have a space to offer. Show arounds will only be available at this stage when we contact you with an offer. Our nursery operates by booked appointments in advance only. If you visit at any other time, you will be asked to join the waiting list and await our response.
Once we confirm that your child has a secure place for your required time to start, you will be asked to pay a £100 registration fee which is Non-refundable.
We will try to make our nursery the best place for children, ensuring we are meeting everyone’s needs and wishes, and making everyone happy. To cancel the contract will require a minimum of two month’s written notice. We will then refund your deposit. If you wish to terminate the contract with an immediate effort we have a right to keep the deposit.
